Slope & Sage Hideaway FAQs

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM or later.
  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Please ensure prompt check-out to allow time for cleaning before the next guests.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

  • Bedrooms: Linens, pillows, and blankets are provided.
  • Bathrooms: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are provided.
  • Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, a coffee maker, and a few water bottles in the fridge. We also provide coffee, sugar packets, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent.
  • Entertainment: Wi-Fi, streaming TV, a pool table, and various board games are available.

Yes, pets are welcome! We charge a $60 pet fee per stay, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Please pick up after your pets and prevent any damage to the property.

Please take your trash to the community center dumpster located 0.5 miles up the road before you check out.

We do not offer daily cleaning services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. If you need additional cleaning during your stay, please contact us to discuss options.

The property has ample parking available for multiple vehicles. Parking is free and located directly on the property.

The property uses an electronic lock, so there are no physical keys. You will receive a unique code for the duration of your stay.

Please be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially after 10:00 PM. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, and we aim to maintain that peaceful environment.

  • Rio Grande Gorge Bridge: 25-minute drive
  • The property is centrally located, making it easy to explore all the attractions in the Taos area.

In case of an emergency, dial 911. For non-urgent issues during your stay, please contact us directly through the phone number provided in your welcome email.

We do not recommend having packages delivered to the property during your stay as we cannot guarantee delivery times or access to the mailbox.

  • Our cancellation policy is as follows:
    • Full refund: If canceled at least 30 days before check-in.
    • 50% refund: If canceled between 7 and 14 days before check-in.
    • No refund: If canceled less than 30 days before check-in.
  • Please review the full policy when booking for any additional details.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests may smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Please report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them as soon as possible. Accidents happen, and prompt communication helps ensure the best experience for you and future guests.

Ensure that all fireplaces/heating stoves are turned off and without coals when not in use. Please clean up any ashes after use in the container provided.
